Join us for Nillumbik Shire’s Flag Raising Ceremony to mark the beginning of Reconciliation Week 2025. This year’s event will include a Welcome to Country, a didgeridoo performance, and guest speakers including local students and community groups.

The Nillumbik Reconciliation Group (NRG) has been invited to attend and speak at the ceremony. We’re seeking feedback from members—would you like to see NRG participate? Would you be interested in representing us and delivering a short 5-minute speech?

This is a meaningful opportunity to stand in solidarity, reflect on our shared history, and reaffirm our commitment to reconciliation.
